Now let’s then wrap it up with the internal condition in this lovely apartment which has been improved and updated by the current owner to what we consider to be fantastic order throughout.

So where are the downsides? If you then consider the apartment has a garage a communal gardens – we are truly struggling to find one!

When I was first looking to buy, the most important requirement I had was a property that was close to everything, but was in an area that was desirable and sought after.

When I found this property I couldn't believe my luck as it had everything we wanted but had the bonus of fantastic size rooms, including two double bedrooms, and a sizable lounge/diner that was perfect for socialising in with my friends. It has been great living only a couple of minutes from the train station.

Since I have been here I have upgraded the entire flat with high end fixtures and fittings, so the next owner will just be able to move in and enjoy the space!
