We chose this house because of the lovely kitchen/dining room. This is in the extended part of the house, so it's a really big room. We like spending time in there and it's a really good party room! Overall, it's just a really nice house. We had all the external doors and windows (except the 2 on the stairs and the bathroom) replaced in February 2013. Most rooms have been re-plastered and redecorated and we have totally re-done the front garden. It's a lovely, lovely family house! The location here is great too. It's central to both Canterbury, Thanet and Herne Bay.
