I was looking for the right investment and this flat came along. It was just perfect with the right criteria it ticked all the boxes. I have owned the flat for approximately 9 years and since then it has had a new kitchen and bathroom. Only recently it has been redecorated. The flat is very economical and low maintenance to run with the bonus of a long lease. The location is great and you have good travel links from road, bus and train and its very convenient for commuting. As i need to release some of my assets its sadly time to sell but I know if will be a great purchase for someone.
