Well what can I say about my lovely apartment? It has been such an excellent property for me over the years and I will be sorry to let it go.
What really made me keep it for so long was the fact that it has always rented very quickly and for such a great price. The current tenants have been wonderful and I really do hope the new owners decide to keep them.
I will miss the property and its sad to see it go but I just live too far away to look after it now.
