Well what can I say about my lovely apartment?

It has been such an excellent property for me over the years and I will be sorry to let it go.

What really has made me stay so long is that I have a separate sleeping area so it really does give me all the space I need.

I will miss it here but know I am handing over a superb flat to the new owners.
