The view of the sea at the end of the street never gets old! Up on the third floor, my studio is light, peaceful and I love the location. I regularly commute from London, and being able to walk to Brighton station is ideal. Come out of the front door and you have Brighton to the left and Hove to the right, so there's plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy strolling distance. My favourite routine is popping into Waitrose, then along to Bankers for fish 'n' chips as a treat and back home while it's still piping hot. I've been here for only a short while and have enjoyed every minute. I'm now relocating away from the area and I'll be sad to leave my studio and such a great City.
