It was the location that did it for me, the island is pretty quiet all round and well maintained so the landscape is always looking good.

In addition it had good access to all the major transport links including the motorway which is approximately a mile away along with allocated parking. With all this in mind, I thought it would be a good investment which it certainly has. I have recently had it updated so it is nice, fresh and ready to go. I think it is ideal for a couple or even an investor like myself.
