Our parent’s home has always been a very special place for us ever since they built it in the early 1980s and we cherish many happy memories of time spent there. The flexible space allowed for spreading out as their grandchildren came along and in later years as Dad became unable to use the stairs the ground level was just perfect for him. Our favourite place to enjoy as a family was the lovely balcony with its stunning outlook over the gardens and to the sea beyond. Gazing at that wonderful view, whether from inside or from the balcony, was something we, as a family, never tired of. We have decided it is now time for someone else to have the good fortune to enjoy this unique home and we hope that they will love it as much as we have over the years.
