We were living in Horsham and wanted to move to a quieter village location and as we already had family living in Southwater we thought it would be an ideal place to focus our search. We looked at a number of properties and really wanted a decent sized garden as we love gardening and we found a property in The Copse initially but that unfortunately fell through. We were just about to give up hope then our daughter told us about this property that had just come on opposite her and it was almost like it was meant to be as it fitted all of our requirements.
We made no hesitation in securing the property and have been very happy here but we have been offered a bungalow through family and are looking to downsize.
