I couldn't believe just how spacious the apartment was when I first viewed, as from the outside it is not evident the property is over two floors.

Once inside, it is just like living in a house. What I found when I bought was the houses at a similar price are so much smaller.

With it being a modern home, it is in good condition and has been well maintained. I love the fact the flat is right in the heart of the village centre, yet tucked away off the square.

Outside, there is a private communal decked area, which I enjoy sitting out on, which is just for the use of the residents.
