I was living in a large four bedroom home in Warren Drive which was becoming a little too big so I wanted to downsize, preferably within the Blakes Farm Road area. There were not many properties that were going to be suitable and although I looked at other locations, I kept coming back to this area. I then received a call about this one which had potential to extend.
When I arrived I really liked the cul-de-sac and once inside I could see how it could be changed to fit my family's needs. The property has been ideal for me and my children but they have nearly moved and I am looking for something smaller again, hopefully in the same area.
