The vendor has advised us the property is stone built and is approximately 200 years old.The kitchen is bespoke, hand built and hand painted, fitted in 2008 by Barry Wade at Wade Kitchen and Interiors. There are 2 sets of solar panels on the roof. The small set heat the hot water. The large set are photovoltaic and provide electricity which is used and sold back to the grid if unused. Both sets are fully owned and would be transferred to the new owner.
