I have always loved character properties as I think the high ceilings open up the rooms and create a feeling of space. When I lived in England this location was perfect for me as my commute on a daily basis was swift and stress free. At the weekends I enjoyed seasonal walks through the forest and sometimes walk down to Highams Park boating lake to feed the ducks. I used to eat out in South Woodford in many of the restaurants with friends and with such good tube connection it was very easy to pop into the City to see a show..
