South Darenth is a pretty village on the outskirts of Dartford and Eynsford. It is the ideal place to live if you want to be able to escape the hustle and bustle of the City while still having very easy access to a host of useful amenities.

The area is becoming very popular with commuters who can jump on the train at Farningham Road Station. The great news is that it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there from this apartment. The train journey from Central London take approximately 30 minutes, so you can unwind from a hard day at the office and before you know it, you are suddenly surrounded by beautiful countryside, a welcoming reminder that home is not far away.

The village has some traditional shops and a Post Office and there are some lovely places to take a stroll and to enjoy the surrounding area. The River Darent trickles through the village and you can walk along the river bank which leads through to the village of Horton Kirby.

The location has a best of both worlds feel, this is due to the fact that it feels like living out in the countryside, but within minutes you can be at Bluewater or Dartford Town Centre.

The apartment itself is on the top floor and it is a very spacious and well kept example.

The apartment itself is a really good size and we could not believe how spacious it was compared to other apartments. The living room is also a nice size and has plenty of room for a 3 piece suite and dining table.

The views are really good, being on the top floor, with uninterrupted views. The village is fantastic with a great sense of community spirit. It is also very handy for the train station and the motorways, and there are some useful local shops and a choice of nice pubs to visit on a Sunday afternoon.
