The panoramic photo shows the top floor comprised of 3 rooms and there would be a shared wc. The other rooms belong to the 1st floor office, which is 2 rooms and a kitchen. Either floor can accommodate 7 people.
We are looking for £1,500 per month for the 1st floor (with the kitchen) obviously service charges
and rates etc will be divided accordingly.
We have 2 parking spaces which we would like to rent out as well at £100 per month.
