When I was looking for a house it was easy to pick this one for many reasons. Area was the biggest factor, being so quiet and secure I could relax in my home while the children played outside without having to worry about them. It also felt like home as soon as I walked in and with the garden attracting so much sunlight, I could just imagine myself sitting out there with a drink and letting the time go by without any noise to contend with.

In the last few years I have also installed a new kitchen, double glazing and boiler, so whoever buys this home can move straight in.
