This property proved to be an ideal buy for me, being in the Armed Forces and spending a lot of time away from home, I needed something secure that would cater for a number of scenarios. It was quite hard to find somewhere that could offer exactly what I was looking for, be it a property for myself or for tenants in the event I was drafted away. I knew that by buying a solid older build that I could leave it and let it pay for itself and not have to worry about general maintenance and that sort of thing.

The extra rooms and garden area were perfect for the times I was home and had friends and family to visit.
