Late Payment Fee: £25.00 (payable when rent is more than 24 hours late being received, this covers additional costs following up rent and any costs the Landlord may incur with the rent not being paid on time). This may not be payable if a valid reason is given or we are informed of a valid delay before the rent is actually late.
