I thoroughly believe that my Victorian home will give someone a wonderful quality of life in a very popular location in Shanklin. It’s so handy for everything – the shops and supermarket, Shanklin’s Old Village, the beautiful beaches, and coastal walks. When I first came here, it was the location that appealed to me as I loved the fact that everything I needed was close by; I have really enjoyed my home, it has given me years of pleasure. I have tried to present this property in a condition where someone can just move straight in. Although the garden isn’t huge, I really have had fun here during the summer, it’s a fantastic sun trap and ideal for chilling out with a glass of wine during those lovely warm evenings.
