I am pleased to have a chance to write a few words about this apartment as since it was converted into two flats I have enjoyed the income from the rental and the flat has also let very quickly. The location is perfect for the town and the beaches as it is a lovely quiet little side road off the main shopping area of Shanklin. I feel that the flat would make either a wonderful first time buy or it’s perfect for a retired couple as the location is so desirable. The flat is being sold with no onward chain and has also been recently re-decorated so anyone coming here next will not have to worry about doing any work. I am reluctant to sell as it’s been a great investment but I now have alternative future plans.
