OWNERS COMMENT I was immediately drawn to the apartment due to the beauty, grandeur, and kerb appeal of the building, and I was excited to see if beyond the front door matched my views on the location and the building. Once I stood in the spacious and sunny lounge/diner I knew I wanted to live here. It has been a real pleasure spending the last five years here and I shall miss not only the location and the apartment when I move but the neighbours who helped me settle in straight away and become good friends.
Locally everything I need is nearby for practical reasons and having fun in the summer months. I hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have.
