When we were looking for a second property that would be great for family and friends to use when they came and visited, this house had just be renovated so was perfect.
The two bedrooms and an option of using the sofa bed in the lounge could accommodate a good 6 people and everyone who has stayed have really enjoyed themselves. The kids love the fact they can walk round the corner to the beach and even though the property is located centrally we’ve always been told how quiet it is.
Time has moved on and we have started new ventures so therefore we need to sell this property but we do think it would make a fantastic first home, buy to let or definitely a holiday home.
