Who will you share with?
Other similar professionals or mature working students, aged from twenties to late thirties.
You will all have your own privacy and only need to share communal areas as necessary.
Terms: Preferably minimum 6 month let. (Occasionally 3-4 months may be negotiated, for an additional £100 admin fee, plus £50/month)
£600 deposit. Payable in advance, however, again may be payable over two months, by agreement. This will be kept in the dps if you stay for at least 6 months or in a safe client account for short term lets.
References/Admin Fee of £200 payable to do full references and draw up the tenancy. Check out fees of £95 apply at the end of the contract and are taken off the deposit.
You will have a Conventional Room ast Contract and will need to abide by the house rules for a happy home environment.
