Property description

Not just a fantastic family home but a property ideal for all the seasons of the year. In the winter time, light the open fire in the lounge area and warm up your feet whilst watching your favourite film. The spacious dining area provides the perfect place to entertain friends and family and overlooks the rear garden.

In the summer spread out into the fantastic sized landscaped garden that is not overlooked. There is a decked area, perfect for a barbecue and there is lots of space on the lawn for the children to play. Another impressive feature that is sure to be a bonus with the children is the 14ft x 10ft purpose built sand pit and trampoline for their enjoyment.

The utility room is perfect to keep your washing and daily household items away or you could use this space as a separate play area for the children.

It is not just the house that you will enjoy but the surrounding area. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the M2/A2 motorway and travel up to Kent's largest shopping centre at Bluewater. You can catch the high speed train from Ebbsfleet, whizzing you into central London within 17 minutes and there are good links to Charing Cross and Victoria stations. There are many excellent schools in the area and a variety of facilities to keep you entertained, such as the nearby Strood Sports Centre or the cinema, bars and restaurants situated at Medway Valley Park.

What the Owner says:

When we came to look at this home we were immediately impressed by the surrounding space with a driveway for several cars. It was perfect for us as a growing family. We found the area to be very quiet and also we are lucky to have fantastic neighbours with a great community spirit. The property is part of an active neighbourhood watch scheme which has resulted in creating a very safe and secure environment for us and our children. We have restored an open fireplace in the lounge area and this provides a lovely focal point and a great way to warm and heat the home during the winter. There is still further potential to extend the home to the side or to the rear, possibly with a conservatory if the future owners wanted more space.
