We have been here for a long time and brought our family up here. The area is perfect for families as there are so many schools in walking distance.

We love Rochester and the town offers a great social environment with many restaurants and coffee shops and the festivals are a perfect way to spend a day.

We love our home but the children have now moved on and it is time for us to move somewhere smaller.
