When we originally bought the house 33 years ago we were keen to buy a home that was suitable to raise a family as well as being in a well regarded area.
As our children got older it was great having the recreation ground not far away as well as Kearsney Abbey. Having a regular bus service for Dover town and Canterbury and nearby Kearsney train station meant that we have not had to become a taxi service to the children. The primary school is excellent and the village itself has a real community feel.
We have enjoyed having the open plan space as it has been great for get togethers with extended family and friends. The neighbours here are all lovely and we will miss them.
