PLANNING
Planning Permission in Outline with all matters reserved, was granted on the 6th March 2015 and a copy of the Planning Permission papers, showing the Terms and Conditions, forms part of these particulars of sale. It should be noted that Clause 4 of the Planning Permission papers no longer applies and a letter from the Local Planning Authority to this effect is attached.
ACCESS ROAD
