The land has direct access off the adjoining parish road and is gently sloping permanent pasture which is divided in to two good sized fields. Natural hedges form the boundaries and these are very well fenced.
Brembridge Wood joins the land on its northern boundary and maybe accessed from here. It has the usual mix of broadleaf trees and is steep running down to meet the River Torridge.

Directions
From Holsworthy take the A3072 heading towards Hatherleigh and on reaching Hathereligh and at the roundabout turn left. Follow this road through the town heading towards Meeth and take the next turn left signposted Sheepwash. Follow this road for about a mile and the land can be found on the right hand side where indicated by a Kivells for sale sign.
