Head up the Bypass turning right at the traffic lights heading towards Avonwick and South Brent on the Higher Plymouth Road. After approximately 4 miles turn left at Bluepost Cross heading up the hill towards Diptford. After approximately 1 mile the road forks either left to Moreleigh or right towards Diptford. Take the right hand fork staying on the road and proceeding into Diptford village itself. At Diptford Cross proceed straight over the crossroads and continue along this road for approximately a quarter of a mile and the new field entrance will be found on your left hand side.The land will be identified by a Rendells \‘for sale\‘ board.
