The Land

Directions
From Totnes take the A381 Newton Abbot Road out of the town and proceed for approximately 7 miles passing the turnings to Broadhempston and Ipplepen. After passing Denbury Diesels on your right hand side proceed down the hill and take the next right hand turn signposted 'Abbotskerswell'. Proceed along this road into the village passing the village shop 'Model Stores' on your right hand side. On approaching the roundabout take the second exit towards Kingskerswell. Continue along this road for approximately a quarter of a mile and upon approaching the 'Butchers Arms' public house the land can be found a short distance along the bridal track accessed to the right hand side of the 'Butchers Arms'.The land will be identified by a Rendells For Sale board.
