Owners Comments \"We have lived here for 13 years and were attracted by the traditional cottage style of the house, combined with the comfort and convenience of a modern build. We also liked the planning permission which was then in place, which would have allowed us to double the floor space. In the end we didn't need more space and the permission has lapsed, but the precedent has been set and other houses in the drive have done this, so I suspect it could be easily reinstated. In our time here we had the kitchen and bathroom renovated and recently replaced the window panes, retaining the traditional wooden window frames. We love spending time in the garden, which has flowers, trees, two patios and a vegetable patch. The raised position of the house and garden in a cul-de-sac off the village road gives us privacy and lovely countryside views all round while still having the security of being in the heart of the village.\"
