Directions | From Winnards Perch on the A39, proceed down the B3274 towards Padstow and St. Merryn which, in turn, becomes the A389. As you approach the outskirts of Padstow, you will come to a sharp right hand turn. At which point, turn left on to the B3276 and continue. Enter into the village of St. Merryn passing the church and The Cornish Arms and continue through the village centre and the petrol station. After a little less than a mile, take the right hand turn for Constantine Bay and continue along the lane passing Trevose Golf and Country Club and following the lane around to the left. Shortly after which, and upon reaching the village stores, turn right and continue down the lane towards the bay. Approximately � of the way down the lane, turn left on to an unmade lane that passes between a property called 'Trequies' and another called 'Sea Spell House'. The property is the second house along the left along the drive.
