We moved here over 8 years ago and one of the major factors for us was the character that this home had to offer. The high ceilings and large rooms made it possible for us to imagine starting a family here. The cul-de-sac location was another selling point for us as it means the area is lovely and quiet and only people that live here tend to venture down our road. What we have over other houses in the road is a detached garage and car port with parking in front. One thing we love about living here is the fact that at the bottom of our garden the gate leads straight to the common which is just beautiful and is absolutely perfect for walks with the family. We are currently finalising architect drawings for a loft conversion consisting of two bedrooms and an en-suite.
