NINGWOOD & SHALFLEET Ningwood is a hamlet to the west of Shalfleet. It is home to Shalfleet C of E Primary School and the Horse and Groom public house & restaurant. The Village of Shalfleet has its own Church, the well-known New Inn, a farm shop and a village shop/post office. Shalfleet Quay is a small quay onto Newtown Creek (National Trust).
