We had outgrown our previous home and needed more space and this one we bought through Pittis offered all that we required. To be fair, it was a bit of a wreck when we moved in but over time, we got it right. We knocked a wall down to open up the living space blocking up a doorway to the kitchen area at the same time, converted the garage to make an extra living space, re-fitted the kitchen area and upgraded the central heating. We also added a patio and upgraded the garden.
Being able to walk to town is a bonus, schools for all ages are easy to get to and even the park is a stones’ throw away for dog walking and when it’s that time of year when the Isle of Wight music festival is here, we have enjoyed sitting in the back garden and listening to it for free.
