This property was our first real family home. No expense has been spared both inside and out. We chose this property due to its location in the close, aesthetic build and the southerly facing aspect of the garden. One of the most noticeable characteristics visitors comment on is how quiet and peaceful the area is. The close has become a real community for all that live here, making friends we will be sad to leave. I had the garden fully landscaped to keep maintenance to a minimum.
We have maintained this property to the highest standard and is known amongst friends and family as the "show home". Interior design is my wife's passion, which is reflected in the property.
It is with regret we sell this property but we are moving to be close to a family member for health reasons, otherwise we would love to stay here.
