I spent ages looking around for a house to buy but everything was either way too expensive or needed loads of work. So when I drove by this development I decided to take a look. As soon as I saw the size and the setting I immediately put a deposit down. The location is ideal what with the beach nearby as well as a shop across the road.
The sound proofing in the flat is also good, I often blast my music out and have spoken to the neighbours and they never hear a thing!
