Additional Fees:
Pets / Animals: Any pets should be declared and will be subject to landlord approval. Where any pet is agreed an additional deposit (normally £200 per animal) will need to be paid in additional to the normal deposit. A pet agreement agreeing to pay for any additional damage, cleaning and or other hygiene treatment will need to be signed by the tenant(s).
Contract renewals fees: If contracts are to be renewed at the end of a tenancy period then a fee of £60 will become payable.
