When we bought this property, we only intended staying here for a short amount of time, but we enjoyed living here so much that we stayed for longer than intended!
We love this flat, with it's spacious rooms and beautiful views of the North Downs. In the garden area, there is also a shed and a vegetable patch too!
It's really convenient too, as a short walk to Merstham train station with trains to London and Gatwick and just a 10 minute drive to Junction 8 of the M25.
We do hope the new owners enjoy their time here as much as we have.
