We bought our home from Douglas Allen four years ago as we loved being so close to the forest and yet we are still close to London.
Since living here we have completely renovated throughout and as I am a builder by trade, I ensured that the brand new bathroom and kitchen with granite work tops were all replaced to a high standard. I have also replaced most of the pipe work throughout the house.
We are also very keen gardeners and it’s a shame it’s now going into winter as the colour from the yellow and red tulips, blueberry and blackcurrant bushes and other shrubs we have planted are stunning.
