You will also need to pay �60 per tenant for referencing (carried out by an independent referencing company) and the cost of the exit inventory, (which will be carried out at the end of the tenancy by an independent inventory company). The cost will vary depending on the size of the particular property. There may also be a charge for renewing an existing tenancy of �50.00 All prices include VAT.
