I purchased the apartment 'off plan' in 2003 because it was just far enough from the city and in a quiet and relaxing area; kind of like in a world of its own!

We have a beautiful communal garden which is often used by myself and my superb direct neighbours. During the summer months I have organised a barbecue and invited the neighbours, friends and family. These have been a huge success where new and lasting friendships have been forged.
