DESCRIPTION Located on Deverill Road, on the junction with Hampton Lane, lies this parcel of undeveloped land that could be put to a number of uses including horticultural or amenity subject of course to gaining the relevant consents.

Currently uncultivated, the land benefits from a good road frontage onto Deverill Road, although we understand that there is no vehicular access onto the land. In July 1988 a Planning Appeal decision was allowed which gave consent for the land to be developed to provide one single dwelling (Appeal Ref: T/APP/F3925/A/88/086244/P4). However, this consent was not implemented and all potential purchasers must make their own enquiries regarding any future use of the land.
