PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

The site has until recently had planning consent from Norwich City Council for the erection of 24 new residential dwellings. Informal discussions with Norwich City Council have indicated that there is scope to renew this expired application for approximately 30 dwellings, although there is potential to increase this (subject to planning).

Norwich City Council has corporate priorities of Housing & Regeneration and therefore the development of Brownfield sites such as this will be well received by the Council at the present time.

TERMS

The land owner is prepared to enter into a conditional contract with a house builder/developer (subject to an acceptable planning consent being granted) at a level of circa £1.6M for the freehold interest.
