At the point of making your offer, Robertson Phillips will require an advance payment of £200.00 per tenancy. This should be preferably paid in cash or alternatively this can be paid via bank transfer. Any additional tenant or occupant aged 18 or over will be required to pay a further £50.00 fee to cover references / credit searches. If a guarantor is required an additional £50.00 fee will also apply.
