When I first saw this property I could see the potential and chose to make this my home.

Since moving in, I have redecorated to my taste, remodelled the layout to make kitchen and dining areas and added a driveway. I spoke with the council when I added the driveway and was advised that I did not need to have a drop kerb and I have given Ward & Partners a copy of the e-mail from Shepway District Council.

It has been nice living here as it is close to everywhere, but now the time has come for me to find something a little smaller.
