We have owned this maisonette now for around 7 years and it was the large kitchen/diner that sold it to us. It was a fantastic family space and with the large double bedrooms, it seemed fantastic value for money. For anyone needing the A24 it is perfectly positioned.
Recently we have been renting the property out and we have had no trouble getting a tenant for it. Sadly our circumstances have now changed and wish to now sell.
