Our mother moved here around 12 years ago when she moved down from Surrey to be closer to family. It was perfect being so close to the station, enabling her to get to see her friends back in Sutton. Of course, with the town centre on the doorstep it is ideal for the weekly shop when Mum would treat herself to the short taxi ride home.

The garden was a fantastic bonus, easy to manage and part of her home she thoroughly enjoyed.

We are sure the new owners will enjoy this special bungalow as she did.
