Property description

From the moment you step through the door you will absolutely love this property. The quality of the restoration the owners have achieved is amazing, so any admirers of period property need to come and see this property fast, because this deceptively large terraced home will not stay on the open market for long.

As soon as you open the beautiful front door you will notice the fantastic ornate radiator and the wooden floor boards, it's a brilliant first impression that stays with you throughout the property. Every room is a real treat, with an abundance of period features such as fireplaces, doors, sash windows, picture rails and ceiling roses, this is a must see property.

With high ceilings both reception rooms and three bedrooms are spacious and light. The kitchen will not disappoint you either. It has a lovely homely feel and there is plenty of space for a table, so your family and friends can sit and chat while you prepare the meal.

And the owners meticulous attention to detail did not escape the bathroom either, refitted with a period style 4 piece suite including a separate shower cubicle and a wonderful roll top bath. So at the end of a hard days work you can lay back, relax and bathe in luxury.

The central location is ideal with Horsham town centre, its fabulous park and station all within a 5 minute walk.

What the Owner says:

When we first came to view we immediately fell in love with the location of Chichester Terrace and the size of the rooms. But like many period properties that we saw it had lost many of its period features and lacked the character we really wanted, but we were very keen to take up the challenge.

We have spent many years lovingly restoring our beautiful home. We wanted to make sure that we created an authentic period living space which has meant a lot of searching around salvage and reclamation yards far and wide for Victorian fitments. We think all that effort was worth it and we hope the new owners will love the property as much as we do.
