When I first visited Holborough Lakes I was so impressed by the lovely surroundings. This particular home impressed me as it was really tucked away and its nice to wake up to woodland views in the morning.
I also liked the fact that there were two bathrooms making it ideal for when guests stay or even for renting the property out. The parking is really convenient too as it's directly outside.
I have made improvements whilst maintaining a modern, contemporary feel. I have just redecorated so its pristine. I have boarded the loft and installed two velux windows thus creating further useable space.
